How do I register for an account?

In order to submit tickets, an agent will need to create an account for you.

Contact support@logisys-tsi.com to request an account. One of our team members will create your account and you will receive an activation email. Once you receive the email, follow the steps below to setup your account.


1. In the activation email, follow the link in the red box below.
