How do I submit a Repair and Calibration Support ticket?

In order to create a new Repair and Calibration Support ticket, a registered account is required. Tickets can be created by using the online ticket system.

  • Creating a ticket via the online ticket system
  1. Navigate to https://support.logisys-tsi.org/login.php
  2. Login using a registered user account. Email Support@logisys-tsi.com if you do not have an account
  3. Next, click the "Open a New Ticket" button located on the toolbar at the top of the page
  4. Select the "Repair and Calibration Services" help topic from the Help Topic drop down box
  5. Fill out the remaining fields with as much detail as possible.
  6. Attach any relevant files. Note: the maximum single file size is 2MB
  7. Click create ticket
