How do I submit an Engineering Support ticket?

In order to create a new Engineering Support ticket, a registered email address or account is required. Tickets can be created via a direct email or by using the online ticket system (recommended).
- Creating a ticket via the online ticket system
- Navigate to https://support.logisys-tsi.org/login.php
- Login using a registered user account. Email Support@logisys-tsi.com if you do not have an account
- Next, click the "Open a New Ticket" button located on the toolbar at the top of the page
- Select the "Engineering Support" help topic from the Help Topic drop down box
- Fill out the remaining fields with as much detail as possible.
- Attach any relevant files. Note: the maximum single file size is 2MB
- Click create ticket
- Creating a ticket via email
- Draft an email to EngineeringSupport@logisys-tsi.com
- The subject line should contain a brief summary of the issue
- The body should contain a detailed description of the issue
- Attach any relevant files. Note: the maximum single file size is 2MB
- Send the email
