How do I submit an Engineering Support ticket?

In order to create a new Engineering Support ticket, a registered email address or account is required. Tickets can be created via a direct email or by using the online ticket system (recommended).


  • Creating a ticket via the online ticket system
  1. Navigate to https://support.logisys-tsi.org/login.php
  2. Login using a registered user account. Email Support@logisys-tsi.com if you do not have an account
  3. Next, click the "Open a New Ticket" button located on the toolbar at the top of the page
  4. Select the "Engineering Support" help topic from the Help Topic drop down box
  5. Fill out the remaining fields with as much detail as possible.
  6. Attach any relevant files. Note: the maximum single file size is 2MB
  7. Click create ticket
  • Creating a ticket via email
  1. Draft an email to EngineeringSupport@logisys-tsi.com 
  2. The subject line should contain a brief summary of the issue
  3.  The body should contain a detailed description of the issue
  4. Attach any relevant files. Note: the maximum single file size is 2MB
  5. Send the email
